Our privacy policy explains the way and means that our company shares information and other data with third party websites and other companies outside of Zipline, LLC. We want you to know that we respect and honor your privacy, and by accessing our service and creating an account, you realize that other users have the ability to search, comment, rate, and view your information that is publicly placed on Zipline. By registering for an account, you are agreeing with our User Agreement and our Privacy Policy.

Information that you directly provide

• By creating an account with our service, you are providing us with your personal information such as your name, email, and any other information you may provide.

 

Information you provide through actions

• We have access to any personal information provided in videos that are created, edited, and posted on Zipline. When you begin direct messaging other users and commenting on their videos, we have the ability to collect the data. In addition, Zipline has the ability to view your location, time, and other information of files and videos that you upload to our service. Zipline also has the ability to oversee the frequency in which you are logged onto our service, as well as your activity on our service.   

 

Information that others provide

• When other users upload videos and content to Zipline that includes you, we are able to use that in order to enhance our service for you. Other users may indirectly provide your information through their videos, pictures, contact information, and messages (of which we have access).

 

Your Networks and Connections

• Zipline strives to bring you advanced networking capabilities by continuously suggesting people/friends you may know. In addition to suggesting potential connections, at any time we may collect information regarding your networks in which you are in contact with the most and how you interact with them whether it be through video, comments, or direct messages.

 

Information regarding Payments within the App

• In-app upgrades will take your Zips and creation possibilities to the next level. When you make a purchase within the app, such as an in-app upgrade tool previously mentioned, or are paying for a subscription based service for your personal Zips, we collect your debit/credit card data and information regarding the payment. Other account information that we may collect includes any and all authentication information, as well as your contact info and billing and shipping information. In the process of doing so, we will not sell your debit/credit card data or account information, nor will we use it for anything other than the intended purpose at a given time.

 

Phone/Device Information

• We can collect information from any device that you use or download our app on. We may synchronize your information across platforms to cater to your needs. We may collect information regarding your current device’s OS, settings, hardware and software. In addition, it may be necessary that we collect your signal strength whether that be cellular data, wifi, or cellular signal. We also hold the right to find your location via bluetooth, GPS, or wifi. More device data we may collect would include your phone number, the name of your ISP, language and timezone, and the IP address.

 

Information from other websites/services that use our app

• We regularly associate with other websites/services/apps that use Zipline. We also possess the means to accrue the information they gather from your history/web experience, any apps, businesses, or websites that you may use regularly.

• Zipline is an app company that strives for perfection in our everyday services. We provide you a continuously updated version of Zipline that caters to your needs and desires. We are able to deliver our Services, personalize content, and make suggestions for you by using the information we gather from our service along with third party services that you use. We do all this to understand how you use and interact with our Services.

• As a service, we strive to stay in contact with you so that we can continuously improve to meet your needs. In order to do so, we will market products and services specifically delegated towards you and your interests. We use your information to contact you after you contact us. Our goal is to improve our creative experiences to be centered around you, the user.

• Zipline strives to not only be the most innovative social media app experience, but also the most secure. With that in mind, we have several forms of security we use to help you stay protected from malware, viruses, and hackers. We make sure humans are using accounts by having you verify your account, while also monitoring your activity, and security both on and off our services. Along with security measures on our end, we give you security tools you can use on your own. As a user, you can choose to have your profile private to only your fans, or you can allow your profile to be viewed publicly.

 

How We Share Your Information

• As previously stated, your information that you provide is shared with the world of Zipline. Not everyone can view your videos, but your “fans” (people who are a follower of your creations) can view your videos, along with the people that you follow. There are privacy options for you to choose if you wish to expand your viewers to the public. Along with videos, you can allow the public to view content on your profile with your permission. Your profile information can also be viewed through online search engines, API, and live television such as commercials.

 

Sell/Transfer of Zipline

• If we ever sell to another company, we may transfer the data we’ve received from you to the other owner. However, the buyer or transferee must abide by our Privacy Policy.

 

Deleting/Deactivating your Account

• In the event that you would like to delete your account, we provide a means to do so. Under “Settings”, you have the ability to deactivate or delete your account. If you deactivate your account, your personal information and videos will be saved, but not viewable to the public until your re-activate it. If you were to delete your account, all of your personal information you provided on your account along with your videos will be deleted. Comments you’ve written on User’s zips will be removed, although any videos or comments you’ve been included in will not be deleted. After you delete your account, you will be unable to sign in to our application or access any of your personal information once saved on your previous profile. However, you can open a new account at any time.

 

Updating our Policy

• We will notify you beforehand if and when we change/update our privacy policy. We want you to have ample time to review the policy before the changes come into effect.

• If you have any questions, comments, or concerns you would like for us to consider, you can contact us via our app online.

 

Advanced Connecting

• Zipline is the future of social media in many aspects. We have an option for you to search for any friends you have through our database in order to see if they have a Zipline account. You can use your contact list (from your phone book) in order to see if they have an account, or you could use the list in order to invite them to be a part of history with Zipline. When searching through your contacts, you understand that Zipline can then view your contacts in order to help you find your friends. When using either of these features, you (users) are responsible for any data charges incurred.

 

Analytic Services

• Zipline uses analytic services in order to track and record traffic and usage on our service. We do this so that we can further improve your zipline experience.

 

Update Your Information

• At anytime, you may update your personal information on Zipline. We prefer you keep your personal information updated and accurate.
